At EGOSTUDIOS, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, we do offer refunds under specific conditions as outlined below.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only available under the following circumstances:
1. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you are eligible for a full refund.
- To qualify, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
- You will need to provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
2. Incorrect Items
- If you receive an item that is not what you ordered, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving the incorrect item and provide a description and photographic evidence of the incorrect item.
3. Non-Receipt of Item
- If you do not receive your order within the estimated delivery time, you may be eligible for a refund.
- Contact us within 30 days from the order date to report non-receipt.
CHARGEBACK POLICY
CHARGEBACKS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE.
- ALL SHIPPING TIMES ARE STATED ON OUR PRODUCT DESCRIPTION SO THERE SHOULD NOT BE ANY CONFUSION WITH SHIPPING TIMES. ASIDE FROM PREORDERS WHICH TAKE 3-5 WEEKS TO SHIP!
- THERE IS SIZE CHARTS FOR EACH ITEM ON OUR WEBSITE.
- EACH ITEM COMES BRAND NEW/NEVER WORN. EACH ITEM IS CHECKED PROFESSIONALLY. THERE IS PICTURES OF EVERY SIMGLE ITEM ON THE WEBSITE.
- ALL FRAUDULENT ORDERS ARE CANCELED AND REFUNDED TO THE CARD USED DURING PURCHASE.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Our team will review your request within 3 business days and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
3. Refund Issuance
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Important to Note
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.
- Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items are not eligible for refunds.
- Exchanges: Exchanges must be requested before the product is sent out! -Contact us and include your order number and the specifics of your exchange request.
